Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to change plans. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

No Show Policy

For no shows on bookings, 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

I’m running late, what should I do?

Please give us a call as soon as possible to let us know your estimated time of arrival. Please note that we may need to reschedule your appointment depending on other appointments scheduled for the day.

Do I need an appointment? Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins. All services are by appointment only. Please check our bookings page to see available times and dates.

Can I bring additional guests to my appointment?

We ask that you do not bring additional guests to your appointment due to the limited space available in the salon.

I’m not sure what service to book, do you offer consultations?

Yes! If you are unsure of which service is right for you, please feel free to contact us or book a 15 minute consultation ($15) through our booking page.
